Domaine de l'Amaurigue - Rouge 2005
This Provencal red combines two quality grapes: syrah and cabernet sauvignon. Following a full year’s aging in oak barrels, it has that characteristic syrah spiciness, coupled with the robust taste of cassis and other ripe berries typical of cabernet sauvignon, as well as hints of toasted oak and vanilla. The perfect complement to beef, lamb, quail and a variety of cheeses. To be served at around 18°C

Fleur de l'Amaurigue – Blanc 2005
This rare Provencal wine is the product of grapes plucked from a selection of ancient rolle and ugni blanc vines. After fermentation and 6 months of aging in French oak barrels, the result is a full-flavoured, surprisingly complex Côtes de Provence. It offers hints of honeyed pear, spices and a touch of vanilla, making it the perfect partner for many fish dishes, poultry and cream cheeses. To be served chilled at 12°C
Our blanc 2005 is served at the following restaurants: Theatre Carré and Dynasty in Amsterdam. |
