During this intensive but exciting day we taste over 20 juices from our stainless steel and concrete tanks in order to blend the perfect combination.
Our winemaker Jean Marie Quef will prepare the final blend on the big 150 HL stainless steel tanks in order to have the new rosé vintage ‘22 ready beginning 2023.
