L ‘ASSEMBLAGE

One of our favorite moments of the year: diving into more than 20 tanks filled with young rosé wines, each with its own character. From crisp stainless steel to smooth concrete, every sample revealed a different layer of fruit, freshness, and texture. Slowly but surely, the puzzle pieces fell into place as we crafted the new rosé blends for Fleur, Le Grand and Domaine de l’Amaurigue.

Guided by the expertise of our winemaker, Jean Marie Quef, the final cuvées are now coming together in our 150 HL tanks — quietly resting before making their debut in early 2026.

We hope you’ll enjoy it just as much as we do, and we cannot wait to share it with you.

Vendange 2025 est fini!

The 2025 harvest at Domaine de l’Amaurigue has come to an end after 4 intense weeks in the vineyards.
We carefully harvested 52 hectares—mostly at night to protect the delicate aromas and vibrant colors of the grapes.

Once again, the harvest started early (August 28th), due to the extreme heat and dryness of summer—over 3 months without rain and temperatures above 30°C 🥵.
Thanks to our agroecology and regenerative practices, the vines remained resilient and produced beautiful, ripe grapes with great acidity. Smaller berries this year, but much higher volumes than last vintages
🍀.

Now, the juices are fermenting in the cellar, filling the air with the scent of exotic fruits .
A huge thanks to our team for their incredible dedication and hard work of the last weeks
💪.

We’re looking forward to present this beautiful new 2025 vintage early next year—stay tuned 🍷!
