  • WINE MAKING

    This exceptional rosé is made from a strict selection of the best and 2 oldest plots at the Domaine, including grapes from 55-year-old grenache vines. The grapes are harvested by night at optimum cool temperature and maturity. Direct low-pressure press process is used to produce a lovely clear and fruity rosé. This rosé is fermented at low and controlled temperature in order to allow the production of ester flavour by the selected yeasts. Natural cold clarification, with one single filtration before bottling with the aim of conserving and respecting the varietal aromas of the grape varieties.

  • TASTING COMMENTS

    This special cuvée has a pure and elegant nose of nectarine with also hints of fennel. Generous fruits with refreshing acidity and a herbal twist that gives nice complexity. The rosé has a delicious raspberry aftertaste. It is Provence rosé at its very best!

  • FOOD ASSOCIATIONS

    Enjoy it as an aperitif and with a variety of Provence dishes, from salads to lamb, quiches and Asiatic food. Serve cool, but not too much: 10 – 12 °C is great!

FLEUR DE L’AMAURIGUE ROSÉ 2024

    Night harvesting at low temperature. Wine-making in direct pressing with short maceration and 15°C heat-regulated low temperature fermentation. Natural cold clarification, with one single filtration before bottling with the aim of conserving and respecting the varietal aromas of the grape varieties.

  • TASTING COMMENTS

    This Provence rosé comes from a parcel selection of grenache and cinsault grown on exceptional terroir in the heart of Provence. The nose is dominated by citrus fruits. Mouth is delicate and round with really nice lenght. Its light salmon colour, its powerful white peach and grapefruit aromas with a touch of apriciots flavour in the end make it very fresh and enjoyable. It is a very nice balanced and elegant Provence rosé that will delight your senses.

The fruity and expressive nose reveals hints of peach and citrus fruits. In the mouth, the start is fresh, and the citrus fruits are still very present. Considerable finesse and fullness in the mouth too. Light, airy and aromatic rosé.

    Composed of the three main grapes used in Provence to produce high quality dry rosés, it is a light, well-balanced, fruit forward rosé wine that is simple crisp and refreshing. It offers delicate aroma of peach and black currant and has a hint of spices. With its light pink color and its perfect minerality, this is a true wine lovers Provence rosé wine.

    The Amour rosé has a beautiful light salmon pink colour with purple reflections. Expressive nose with banana notes. The mouth is nicely round with notes of red fruits. The rosé pleasantly surprises with its balanced opulence and aromatic freshness. A lovely rosé to fall in love with.

  • FOOD ASSOCIATIONS

    This is a rosé that can be enjoyed all- year-round, either on its own or paired with crudités and anchovy sauce, marinated red bell peppers and sea bass fillet with lemon.
