Instead of relying on chemicals or artificial inputs, agroecological farming strengthens the land itself: nurturing healthy soils, encouraging natural predators to protect our crops, planting cover crops to improve soil structure, and preserving biodiversity above and below ground. The vineyard becomes self-sustaining, resilient, and alive.
